TIRANA, November 12/ATA/ Side by side with the introduction of online services, citizens’ requests for services have doubled at the ADISA offices since the launch of the “Citizen-Centered Service Delivery Project”, funded by the World Bank in 2015.
The World Bank said that, “Today, citizens can directly receive 449 different services at the Integrated Service Centers (ADISA) and immediately conclude electronically about 400 requests for services.”
Meanwhile, there is a significant improvement in the provision of services to vulnerable groups, including women, the poor and Roma.
The project envisages supporting ADISA for mobile pilot service units in rural areas, aiming to meet the needs of these areas. /j.p/r.e/p.s./
