TIRANA, November 12/ATA/- Minister of State for the Diaspora Pandeli Majko reacted today against the statement of the Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic comparing the relations with the state of Kosovo with the status of the frozen Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. Majko said that Vucic statement is irresponsible.
Majko stated that Serbia’s two-faced stance in international relations is a real threat to regional stability.
“The statement of President of Serbia on characterization of relations with the state of Kosovo with the status of the frozen conflict of Nagorni Karabaku is irresponsible. Serbia’s double life in international relations is a real threat to regional stability! President Vucic stated that the conflict with the Albanians is not over yet and considers it “frozen” (!). The Serbian President’s statement on the “frozen conflict” is an evasion of the statement signed at the White House and the European integration process. Cold logistical minds in Serbia understand the readiness of Albanians in some countries if one follows the idea of a conflict scenario. He will know the beginning, but not the end”, underlined Minister Majko.
Speaking today about the dialogue with Kosovo, President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic said that “the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict has shown how a frozen conflict, when frozen, can evolve into a real catastrophe.”/p.s./
