PRISTINA, October 14 /ATA/After the meeting with the European Union envoy in the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue Miroslav Lajçak, President of Kosovo Hashim Thaçi said that it is time to put on the table the possibility for mutual recognition, which according to him should be the first point of the agreement. Then, according to him, other issues come more easily and continue with technical issues that have been discussed earlier.
