TIRANA, Oct. 1 /ATA/- An additional 1000 teachers will be employed to meet the needs for education staff during the pandemic period in the school year 2020-2021.
A day earlier, Albanian the government took the decision to hire teachers who will be recruited in the system through the portal “Teachers for Albania” at all levels such as basic education, secondary education and oriented secondary education.
The employment of additional new teachers, which comes as a necessity for the development of learning process organized in two shifts, will be formalized under a short-term contract, but the employee is entitled to full pay until the termination of the contract.
The distribution of teachers on a temporary or part-time contract, depending on the needs of the local pre-university education offices, will be performed by order of the minister responsible for education.
All employed teachers will be entitled to full pay until the termination of the contract, receiving all income, but also social security contributions, the overtime pay. The financial effects will be borne by the state budget. //a.i/
