TIRANA, September 25/ATA/- The Independent Qualification Commission decided to postpone the announcement session of the decision for the subject of re-evaluation Kol Hysenaj.
The Independent Qualification Commission has decided to reopen the investigation for the subject of re-evaluation Kol Hysenaj, prosecutor in the Prosecutor’s Office of the Tirana Judicial District.
“The hearing for announcing the decision scheduled to be held on 25.9.2020, at 9:45, will not take place. The next session will be announced again on the official website of the Commission “, explained Independent Qualification Commission.
The hearing against Hysenaj, chaired by Pamela Qirko, with members Olsi Komci and rapporteur Firdes Shuli, took place on 18 September.
Kol Hysenaj started working in 1993 as an investigator, while he has been part of the prosecution since 1997 and has worked for more than two decades as a prosecutor in the Prosecution Offices of Lushnja, Kavaja, Korça and Tirana. /j.p/p.s./
