TIRANA, September 21 /ATA/- The international monitoring mission EURALIUS, which provides support to Albanian institutions for the consolidation of the justice system following the comprehensive justice reforms, has presented to the High Prosecutorial Council (KLP) the establishment of an electronic data system for prosecutors’ personal files.
This system arises as a need for faster access to this data which is managed by the human resources sector in KLP and contains search mechanisms in the database, statistics and reporting as well as standard document formats.
The system serves as a unified data platform, which serves for the evaluation of prosecutors, transfer, promotion and disciplinary proceedings, with the aim of improving the work process of the Council. The system contains 5000 scanned documents and over 10000 meta-data elements written as an integral part of the personal files of 340 prosecutors. /j.p/p.s./
