TIRANA, Sept 18 /ATA/ The survey conducted by the General Directorate of Taxes found that construction sector has the highest level of undeclared work.
General Director of Taxes, Delina Ibrahimaj, stated today that we have focused on taxpayers in the field of construction, where the survey found a high level of informal employment.
“As many as 1200 taxpayers contribute 70% of revenues collected in the state budget, but the tax administration will step up controls in the construction sector, where informality is still high,” Ibrahimaj said at a televised interview.
