TIRANA, Sept 14/ATA/- The Independent Qualification Commission (IQC) held on September 14, 2020 a hearing session with the subject of reevaluation, judge in the Administrative Court of Appeal, Fjoralba Prifti.
The judge, Fjoralba Prifti was vetted on the wealth, on the purity of figure and professional skills.
The judging body composed of Pamela Qirko, Lulzim Hamitaj, Valbona Sanxhaktari, after reviewing the evidence and facts decided to hold another hearing to announce the decision on 18 September.
Also, IQC held today a hearing with the subject of reevaluation prosecutor at the Appeals’ Prosecution office Durrës, Moisi Duda.
Prosecutor Duda was vetted on the wealth, on the purity of figure and professional skills.
The judging panel composed of Olsi Komici, Brunilda Bekteshi, Xhensila Pine after reviewing the evidence and facts decided to hold another hearing to announce the decision.
