TIRANA, August 11 /ATA/- Operation Force of Law (OFL) launched written requests for self-declaration of sources of wealth to four citizens, residents of Fier, convicted of drug trafficking.
According to the OFL report, in the framework of implementation of the Special Law on wealth measures against individuals convicted or accused of organized crime or serious crimes, OFL sent written requests for self-declaration of sources of wealth to citizens: GJ, resident in Fier, convicted of the criminal offense “Narcotics Trafficking”; E. G., resident in Fier, convicted of the criminal offense “Narcotics Trafficking” remaining on probation; V. G., resident in Fier, convicted in Greece, for the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics”; E. B., resident in Fier, convicted of the criminal offense “Narcotics Trafficking”, committed in collaboration, remaining on probation.
These individuals, as a subject of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to the SPAK, for further action./m.m/p.s./
