TIRANA, August 5 /ATA/- The Force of Law Operation (OFL) continues its activity. On Wednesday, OFL sent the self-declaration form on wealth to 3 convicts for serious criminal offenses in Tirana.
According to the OFL notice, in the framework of implementation of the Special Law on property measures against individuals convicted or accused of organized crime or serious crimes, OFL has initiated written requests for self-declaration of sources of wealth, citizens: Xh. H., resident in Tirana, convicted of the criminal offense “Theft with violence”, committed in collaboration; G. Sh., Resident in Tirana, convicted of the criminal offense “Theft with violence” committed in collaboration; E. B., resident in Tirana, convicted of the criminal offense “Theft with violence” committed in collaboration.
OFL informed that, these individuals, as a subject of the Special Law, must answer in writing, within 48 hours, all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to the SPAK, for further action./a.g/p.s./
