TIRANA, July 27/ATA/-In context of implementation of the special law on wealth measures against individuals convicted or accused of organized crime or serious crimes, the Operation Force of Law (OFL) sent written requests for self-declaration of wealth resources to 5 citizens in Durrës involved in criminal activities.
The request was sent to the citizen, K.M., resident in Korça, sentenced to life imprisonment by the Court of First Instance for Serious Crimes in Tirana of the criminal offenses “Murder committed with qualifying circumstances” and “Unlawful possession of weapon”;
(S.) D., resident in Durrës, convicted by the Court of Serious Crimes of the criminal offense “Drug Trafficking, committed in collaboration”;
K., resident in Durrës, convicted by the Court of Durrës of the criminal offense “Exploitation of prostitution in aggravating circumstances”;
P., resident in Durrës, convicted by the Court of Durrës of the criminal offense “Exploitation of prostitution in aggravating circumstances”;
M., resident in Durrës, convicted by the Court of Durrës of the criminal offense “Going equipped with offensive weapon for theft.”
“These individuals, as subjects of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to SPAK, for further action,” OFL said.
OFL is carrying out complex actions to impose emergency seizures on suspected assets obtained from crime, as well as to send self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law. //a.i/
