TIRANA, July 20/ATA/- Operation Force of Law (OFL) on Monday sent the self-declaration form to four convicts in Kukës.
OFL reported that, in the framework of implementation of the Special Law on Wealth Measures against Individuals Convicted or Accused of Organized Crime or Serious Crimes, OFL has sent written requests for self-declaration of sources of wealth to citizens: Xh. A., resident in Kukës, convicted of the criminal offense “Robbery”; B. A., resident in Kukës, convicted of the criminal offense “Robbery”; Mr. V., resident in Kukës, convicted of the criminal offense “Robbery”; B. H., resident in Kukës, convicted of the criminal offense “Kidnapping or holding a person hostage”.
According to OFL, these individuals, as a subject of the Special Law, must answer in writing, within 48 hours, all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to the SPAK, for further actions.
OFL is in constant action on suspected assets obtained from crime world, as well as for sending self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law. /a.g/p.s./
