TIRANA, July 15 /ATA/ -“Europe is here” is the newest campaign that the Delegation of the European Union in Tirana will launch in our country.
In this context, the Ambassador of the European Union Luigi Soreca is paying a visit to the city of Vlora today.
He met Mayor of Vlora Dritan Leli and discussed the European Union projects in this city and the great transformations that Vlora has undergone, becoming a center of economic and tourist activity in the country.
Leli said that, “Vlora will become the economic and tourist potential of the coming years.”
“I am here today with you to launch a very important campaign of the European Union in Albania, “Europe is Here””, said Soreca.
“This campaign will last for 6 months, so it will continue until December 15, 2020, a marked date for Albania. This is because December 15, 2010, 10 years ago was the first day when Albanian citizens could travel to the European Union, in the Schengen area without visas.
