TIRANA, June 30/ATA/ In context of implementation of the special law on wealth measures against individuals convicted or accused of organized crime or serious crimes, the Operation Force of Law (OFL) sent written requests for self-declaration of wealth resources to 3 citizens involved in criminal activities as well as who have been previously convicted.
The request was sent to the citizen; V. B., resident in Tirana, convicted of the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics, committed in collaboration”;
A. P., resident in Curraj, Tropoja, convicted of the criminal offenses “Theft resulting in death, committed in collaboration” and “Unlawful possession of a weapon”;
B. Gj., resident in Resk, Kukës, convicted of the criminal offense “Exploitation of prostitution”;
G. T., resident in Korça, convicted by the Tirana Judicial District Court of the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics”.
“These individuals, as subjects of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to SPAK, for further action,” OFL said.
OFL is carrying out complex actions to impose emergency seizures on suspected assets obtained from crime, as well as to send self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law.//a.i/
