TIRANA, June 10/ATA/- In the framework of implementation of the Special Law on Property Measures against Individuals Convicted or Accused of Organized Crime or Serious Crimes, the Operation Force of the Law (OFL) has sent written requests for self-declaration of wealth resources to 4 citizens.
Specifically, the request for self-declaration of wealth resources was sent to the citizens EZ, resident in Tirana, convicted for the criminal offense “Coercion by threatening to give property” committed in collaboration, GF, resident in Tirana, convicted for the criminal offense ” Coercion by threatening to give away property ”; I. M., resident of Vlora, for whom the Court of the Vlora Judicial District has imposed the security measure “Arrest in prison”, for the criminal offense “Murder in qualifying circumstances”; NH, a resident of Shkodra, for whom the former Court of First Instance for Serious Crimes has imposed the security measure “Prison arrest”, for the criminal offenses “Coercion by threatening to give property”, committed in collaboration , within the structured criminal group and “Committing criminal offenses by a criminal organization or structured criminal group”.
According to OFL, these individuals, as subject to the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and thereafter, the answers received will be sent to SPAK, for further action./ks/jp/p.s./
