TIRANA, June 3/ATA/ This tourist season, hoteliers will have to apply for beach station permit via “e-Albania” .
“e-Albania https://e-albania.al/ enables application for carrying out the activity as a beach station, in order to guarantee as much security as possible and the protection of health and not to allow the usurpation of the beaches, which for 30 years have had a bad effect on the holidaymakers,” the Albania’s Prime Minister Edi Rama said.
“Accommodation or service entities will have to apply to e-Albania platform to use the beach space throughout the 2020 tourist season, taking responsibility for the implementation of the rules and not avoiding any obligation towards citizens, municipality and state. The application is simple and can also be made through a mobile phone. This year we have provided a brand new system, which ensures transparency, avoids procrastination, as well as unfair trade of the past, and guarantees the inviolability of public beaches, “ the Prime Minister Rama underlined.
“The application will be evaluated within 2-3 days by the commission represented by the Albania’s Ministry of Tourism and Health, while normal processing time is 5 days for approval,” premier Rama added. //a.i/
