TIRANA, May 28/ATA/- In the framework of implementation of the Special Law on Measures on Wealth against Individuals Convicted or Accused of Organized Crime or Serious Crimes, the Operation Force of Law has initiated written requests for self-declaration of sources of wealth to 4 citizens involved in criminal activities.
The requests were sent to O.I., resident in Tirana, convicted of the criminal offense “Theft with violence”;
K.A., resident in Tirana, convicted of the criminal offense “Going equipped with offensive weapon for theft”;
E.K., resident in Tirana, convicted of the criminal offense “Going equipped with offensive weapon for theft” committed in collaboration”;
I.R., resident in Shkodra, under investigation, after the former Court of First Instance for Serious Crimes has assigned the measure of personal security “Arrest in prison”, for the criminal offenses ” Coercion through threats or violence to give property”, committed in collaboration, within the structured criminal group ”and“ Committing criminal offenses by a criminal organization or a structured criminal group .”
These individuals, as subjects of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to SPAK, for further action. //a.i/
