TIRANA, May 27 /ATA/ – The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs informed Wednesday that Montenegro has decided to open its borders with the Republic of Albania on June 1, 2020, allowing free movement of the citizens.
The decision is made for several neighboring countries and the European Union member states, including Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Greece, whose citizens will be able to cross over Montenegro’s borders.
The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs also announced that “all citizens of the above-mentioned countries will not be required to provide any special evidence or test, but upon entering Montenegrin territory, they will receive clear instructions on hygiene measures and rules they should observe in the context of the fight against Covid-19 infection.”
