TIRANA, April 17 /ATA/- The humanitarian operation is continuing across the country. Today, the state structures have helped 12,714 families in need and lonely elderly people with food, medical supplies and other needs.
Prime Minister Edi Rama shared images from this operation emphasizing that, “Today, 12,714 families in need and lonely pensioners have been provided with food aid, medicines and other needs”.
Specifically, 436 families were helped in Berat, in Tirana 1 189, Elbasan 226, Kukës 611, Dibër 400, Korçë 3 986, Shkodër 2 080.
Likewise, in Gjirokastra 2 312 families were helped, Lezha 467, Durres 38, Vlora 503, Fier 466.
“We shall continue like this, tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, non-stop until the end of the war against the coronavirus,” said PM Rama. /a.a/p.s./
