TIRANA, April 11 /ATA/-Albania’s Minister of Finance and Economy Anila Denaj stated that the reconstruction program will continue without fail and that the fund of 20 billion ALL for the development of this program will certainly have an impact on the recovery of economy.
In an interview with ATA, Minister Denaj said that the fund for the construction of 3400 houses within the current year has been addressed and the entire procurement procedure is being followed.
There are also 57 more schools planned to be built this year.
“The construction is a very important sector. The whole package of reconstruction of houses damaged by the earthquake is under process, given the promise of the government that within a year they should be completed”, said Denaj for ATA.
“The construction process, which has a fund of 20 billion ALL from the state budget, not counting the fund received from the Donors’ Conference, will require a workforce, will require a commitment and in this respect we predict that soon construction will be an open industry “, the minister emphasized.
