COVID-19/ Rama: Thanks to swift and stringent measures as well as to resistance of citizens, there is gradual decrease in hospital admissions

TIRANA, April 8 /ATA/ PM Edi Rama stated on Wednesday that thanks to swift and stringent measures as well as to excellent resistance put up by the citizens, there is a gradual decrease in the COVID-19 cases admitted to hospital in the last 10 days.

“It is very important: Thanks to swift and stringent measures as well as to your excellent resistance, the last 10 days have seen a gradual decrease in the number of cases hospitalized for COVID treatment,” Rama addressed the citizens.

Rama went on saying this indicator, which is a rare occurrence not to say inexistent in other countries under aggression, where the hospitals’ overload comes as a heavy price for the delays in response, is a clear message that we are getting it right.

Likewise, PM said, we should keep this way with patience because the enemy is behind every door.
If we continue this way, we will emerge victorious earlier than many others, stronger and with our head held high before the generations to come from this historic challenge.
