TIRANA, April 2 /ATA/-Tirana Municipality has supported 763 families in need with food aid packages.
Mayor Erion Veliaj said that the City Hall will be ready to provide help wherever the need arises.
He said that the municipality has also a team of 1000 volunteers.
“767 families in need received yesterday food aid in Tirana. We shall be everywhere where there is need together with the 1000 volunteers on the ground to help those living under economic assistance, restricted abilities or the old folk”, said Veliaj.
The mayor called on everybody who can to make a contribution to the people in need nearby./p.s./
