TIRANA, March 7 /ATA/ – Transfer of ownership of the yards in use is another issue to be finally resolved by the new Law on the Finalisation of Transitional Ownership Processes in Albania.
A total of 2500 requests for ownership transfer of the yards in use have been submitted across Albania, with a total of 1084 applications for this procedure remaining to be processed.
An 8,000 lek fee-for-service payment is projected for this service and, according to preliminary estimations, the state budget revenue from these procedures stipulated by law are expected to amount to over 8.672.000 lek.
