TIRANA, Feb 28/ATA/- Under the nationwide Reconstruction program, 7 981 collective housing units and 806 individual housing units will be built from scratch.
Specifically, they will be reconstructed in a 398 ha area, while the public buildings in a 180 100 m2.
The project on the reconstruction of individual housing units, foresees 3 layouts of 1-storey buildings with modular technology, agricultural garden, yard and porch.
The modular home design allows the building to be multiplied or expanded into additional rooms or spaces on an as-needed basis, and offers optimal living comfort while ensuring the future life span of building.
The dwellings provide 20-30% energy savings, 90% recyclable materials and according to Eurocode 8 earthquake-resistant building designed to protect buildings from magnitude 9 earthquakes.
The advantages of the technology are connecting infrastructure with housing, within 30 days, as well as energy savings of up to 15 thousand ALL per year and high life expectancy up to 70 years.//a.i/
