TIRANA, February 28/ATA/- During 2019, there were performed 7 292 682 clinical-biochemical laboratory tests, providing qualified and reliable quality health care.
According to the Compulsory Health Insurance Fund, during 2019 there were conducted 6 747 435 or 92.52% tests for the insured people and 545 247 or 7.48% tests for the uninsured persons.
According to service, there were carried out 1 849 416 or 25.36% laboratory tests for emergency patients and 1 966 740 or 26.97% outpatient tests.
Likewise, during 2019 there were performed 3 476 526 or 47.67% tests for hospitalized patients./m.m/p.s./
