TIRANA, Feb 24/ATA/-Operation “Force of Law” (OFL) sent request to declare the assets to two former convicts for “Formation of armed gangs and criminal organizations ”,“Unlawful possession of weapons ”,“ Organization and management of criminal organizations ”and“ Forgery of IDs or visas”
According to Normative Act no. 1, dated 31.01.2020, OFL sent requests for self-declaration of wealth to the following citizens: L.D. and A. B residents in Tirana, convicted for “Formation of armed gangs and criminal organizations ”,“Unlawful possession of weapons ”,“ Organization and management of criminal organizations ”and“ Forgery of IDs or visas”.
These individuals, subject to the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL inquiries, which will further be sent to SPAK for further verification.
The OFL said that all the persons who have been given with written requests for self-declaration of wealth sources have completed the forms and submitted them to the OFL, which has followed the procedures as set out in the Normative Act no. 1, dated January 31, 2020.//a.i/
