TIRANA, Jan 20/ATA/- In 2019, some 482 716 citizens have performed basic medical check-up, the Compulsory Health Insurance Fund reported.
According to the Compulsory Health Insurance Fund, the number of basic medical check-ups has increased by 13% compared to 2018.
“There are 13% more people who have performed the checkup in 2019 if compared with the last year. And since 2015 when this program started, some 250 thousand citizens have benefited from free check-up, while 34 thousand and 235 free surgical interventions have been performed in 29 hospitals in the country,”Compulsory Health Insurance Fund said.//a.i/
