TIRANA, October 29/ATA/- Implementation of the justice reform is well underway, the Constitutional Court is towards its functionality, the Parliament Vice-Speaker Vasilika Hysi stated Tuesday after the hearing of the three candidates for the Constitutional Court in the Commission on Legal Affairs, Public Administration and Human Rights.
“The Law Commission held today a hearing with the three candidates for Constitutional Court. The second step is to discuss and approve the Law Commission report and the third step is to vote in parliament,” Hysi underlined.
