Balluku inspects works at Tepelena bypass

TIRANA, October 26 /ATA/- The works are underway at a high pace at Tepelena bypass. About 70% of the works are over.

Infrastructure Minister Belinda Balluku and Head of the Albanian Road Authority Ergys Verdho inspected progress of the works.

Director Verdho said the works are divided into several stages.

Minister Balluku appreciated the significance of this work and emphasized that the problems created with the expropriations have already been solved.

“Thus, there is no obstacle for continuation of the works”, said she.

Balluku appreciated that the construction of Tepelena bypass will not only ease traffic but will also be a tourist destination for the city.

The construction of Tepelena bypass will enable connection of two important segments, Levan-Tepelena and Tepelena-Kakavija, thereby facilitating movement of cars, but at the same time increasing road safety in this segment./a.gjonaj/ /a.g/p.s./
