TIRANA, September 19/ATA/-The works for construction of the “Zeqir Ymeri” stadium in Kukës is going ahead at a rapid pace.
Kukës Mayor Safet Gjici who is at the same time president of FK “Kukësi” inspected today the works at the stadium.
Speaking to ATA, Gjici said that, “If the work goes ahead at such a pace then the stadium will be ready by June 2020”.
“The new stadium of Kukës will have a capacity of 8,000 seats, and other necessary accommodation venues,” added Gjici.
This stadium will be built according to the UEFA standards and host international matches. The investment for the construction of the new Kukës stadium amounts to 5m Euros./k.s/p.s./
