Thaçi: No peace without finding out truth about missing people

PRISTINA, August 30/ATA/- On International Day of the Disappeared, Kosovo President Hashim Thaçi said that there can be no peace without bringing to light the truth on the fate of the missing and holding the perpetrators accountable.

Thaçi urged the international institutions to do more to unravel the fate of our missing people.

“On this day, we remember the people whose fate has not been unraveled since the war in Kosovo. Finding out the fate of the missing people is vital for our families and for the Republic of Kosovo, for our past, present and future. There can be no peace without revealing the truth of their fate and holding the perpetrators accountable. We will not stop until the fate of every missing person in Kosovo is revealed! The international community cannot allow either the Serbian genocide in Kosovo to be forgotten and to go unpunished,” said he./KosovaPress/p.s./
