TIRANA, July 18 /ATA/ DP head, Lulzim Basha, is in Vienna where he is accompanied by several chairmen of the allied parties. According to him, he had meetings with top officials of OSCE.
“In Vienna with senior representatives of OSCE we shared concern on crisis and voiced the unwavering stand of the United Opposition: free and fair elections under a caretaker govt. without Edi Rama which guarantees freedom of vote and punishment of electoral fraud,” Basha says.
DP and its allies do not recognize June 30 elections and demand other elections in October.
