TIRANA, July 5 /ATA/- The reconstruction works on Tulantia promenade in Durrës, also known as the Vollga area are getting underway.
The seaside promenade extends from the Durrës Port to the monument of Great Sphinx of Giza.
The existing wall is being partly demolished within the parameters laid down in the project plan, while the promenade’s stairways to the coast, have been subject to rehabilitation in the light of “Integrated Urban and Tourism Development Project funded by the Albanian government and the World Bank.
The project funded by the Albanian Development Fund (ADF) and has been part of an ambitious investment project aiming at promenade extension along the coast and its transformation into spaces for recreation and relaxation.//a.i/
