TIRANA, July 4/ATA/-“The justice reform is non-negotiable, it is only implemented”, said Socialist Party Parliamentary group Whip Taulant Balla.
While taking the floor in the Parliament session today, Balla said that the Parliament should reject the decree of the current President of the Republic on return for review of the law “On private bailiff service”.
“The President does not hesitate and reminds Albanians that he is part of a group that does everything to hamper justice reform. Today, he has made another effort to hamper the entry into force of the recent law of justice reform package. He has nothing to do, but to obstruct with a day and a week a very important law, part of the justice reform package that was approved here in this hall and with your votes,” said Balla to lawmakers of the opposition today.
Balla emphasized that who dares to obstruct the justice reform will receive an answer.
“We will pave the way to a full investigation into a serious violation of the Constitution by the President”, said Balla.
He invited the lawmakers to vote against this attempt of the president to prevent Albania on its path toward Europe./p.s./
