TIRANA, June 27 /ATA/- The Reform Committee at the General Tax Directorate, in its 13th meeting, decided to approve the performance indicators of tax administration at the level of regional tax directorate and tax inspectorate.
These indicators define a direct, measurable and concrete reading of the work at individual level for each inspector, disaggregating in a simplified terms the effectiveness of the work of the Tax Administration in compliance with the Strategy and its objectives.
The Committee also approved the scoring approach of performance indicators (KPIs) as a mechanism guaranteeing the effectiveness of transparent performance appraisal based on qualitative and streamlined professional parameters for the entire administration.
In this meeting, the Committee also approved the update of Tax Control Manual based on risk elements, which unify for all Regional Directorates the selection criteria for audit.
