TIRANA, June 16 /ATA/- “Shqiperiaqeduam.al” has become one of the most credible platforms for Albanian citizens enabling them to remedy their issues and grievances through a message.
This week, the number of complaints resolved by the central government platform is 26,896, while the number of registered complaints is 38,202.
At central level there are 6852 complaints of which 3269 ones have been addressed.
According to the figures published by the “Governance Statement” this week, it turns out that there are 11 outstanding cases solved through the platform of co-governance. Concretely, there are 2 cases handled by the State Agency of Cadastre. 7 cases handled by Ministry of Finance and Economy, 1 case by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy and 1 case by the Minister of State for Protection and Entrepreneurship.
The number of “log in-s” to the platform page for the last week were 105 292, while the number of people who have signed up is 17 999./k.s/ /a.g/sm/
