TIRANA, May 31/ATA/-In the first quarter 2019 are approved 245 building permits issued for new buildings, as compared with 221 building permits issued approved in the first quarter 2018, increasing this indicator by 10.9 %, reported today the Institute of Statistics, (INSTAT).
Building permits issued total area for new buildings in the first quarter 2019 is about 581,236 m2, from about 200,944 m2 approved in the first quarter 2018, increasing this indicator about 2.9 times.
The approximate value of building permits issued for buildings and civil engineering works, in the first quarter 2019, is 25.2 milliard lekë, from 10.2 milliard lekë approved in the first quarter 2018.
This indicator, in the first quarter 2019, compared with the same quarter of the previous year, increased about 2.5 times. /e.xh/j.p/p.s./
