TIRANA, May 28 ATA/ – The rehabilitation works on “Ramize Gjebra” segment linking Ura e Bonifikimit (Land Improvement Bridge) with the road of former Uzina e Sodës (former Sodium Plant), 2 km long, have already been completed.
The reconstruction works consisted of; the process of casting crashed stone layer and construction of sidewalks are well underway.
According to the Albanian Development Fund this segment, which has been a major concern for the residents and businesses exercising their activity in this area where the wholesale market is situated, underwent reconstruction with view to creating another alternative for the vehicles heading for the Soda Forest.
According to ADF, this area connected with the city via a road built up to the standards, will have access to the Transbalkan road via the “Ramize Gjebrea” segment, and serve as an overpass for vehicles heading to the Soda Forest path in Vlora.//a.i/
