Mr: Chairman,
I do not want you to think that this is a subsequent exercise of type “making an attempt for the sake of appearances” or a prolonged contemplation that my only concern is to share with the public my thoughts about the situation precipitated by You.
Of course, these public letters aim to clarify as much as possible the public opinion with regard to my thinking in this situation. If such an initiative were of no concern to you and Your political group, the solution does not require this path to get things clear for the people. I guess You do not consider your direct benefit in going over these public messages addressed to You in person, just as am I convinced that better early than late when you read them in another situation, you will regret having not read and understood when needed unless you join the dialogue round table right now.
I knew it right from the beginning and fortunately I have told you through a brief sms long ago what are the consequences of short-sightedness in the fleeting venture to show the force of grating your teeth, when losing the power of reason.
Here we are today and there is little time left so if you fail to apply the brakes to go back to the path of reason, the downfall for Your political group, for You in person, will be unstoppable until your hit rock bottom.
The history of democracy has seen bigger and much more glorious parties than the one You run with appalling irresponsibility shrink and dissolve. However never ever has the pluralism collapsed with them. Failed leaders of heavyweight political parties have come and gone without a trace, yet the political life has continued and produced young leaders without insurmountable difficulties.
It is neither the remorse for You that I feel, nor the inglorious walkout from the stage of Your grouping, degraded to a depressed mass of muscles, uproar and screams. What worries me the most is the unnecessary waste of time and energies into an ugly and senseless political history as is this one played out in the backdrop of Your opposition’s stagnation ever since you blindly burned the parliamentary mandates and started to pour oil on fire incandescent with the loser’s rage.
The rivals are meant to be defeated, yet in democracy they are not foes and are not treated as enemy as long as hostility comes at the expense of the country. The cost for the country due to irresponsible way you have chosen to confront your fear from loss and justice is at the core of my regret. The effort to write letters from my side is at the core of my conviction that there is time left to reduce the costs of such an excess of political history for Albania today and the strong vocation of my duty to listen to Your reason, which is missing so far.
Even the foes enter into dialogue, even when they are in the trenches of real war, they stop the exchange of fire and make time for exchange of words. Then, if words cannot stop the fire, they substitute fire for words. However, the adversaries in democracy attack and counter attack most of the time, but there is always space for them to sit down and engage in dialogue, because in democracy the word is either a linking bridge or a dividing wall. How come, one can say to his adversary in democracy you step down first and I will engage in dialogue, otherwise I will burn down the country?
When has such a thing happened other than in Albania of your ill- omened and crazy leader?! Yes, it has happened in Albania two years ago when You kept saying you step down first and we will enter into dialogue, submit the resignation to the Tent of New Republic!
As a matter of fact the resignation in written form did not come for it made no sense, it was you who listened to reason and the tent faded away together with the new republic. To this day, you better forget about my resignation for one simple reason: I have been neither elected by you, nor work for you, on top of all no way will I betray those who elected me or will I tear the binding contract with them, the majority of Albanians, just because you refuse to obey the will of majority and fear the elections and justice like the devil fears holy water!
Besides my resignation, Dear Lulzim, you should forget that you can subdue the majority by imposing the short-sightedness of a shrinking minority, the annulment of June 30 election, which has not been set by me but by the Constitution of the Republic of Albania, which does not hinge on me, but on Albanian people.
Unless you want to enter the elections just because you fear the judgement of people by ballot or see in your imagination how the vote of Albanians can be replaced by the Molotov bomb of your blind and contracted followers, this is your wrong deduction and of course your right to self-eliminate your political group . You should forget that you can defy the logic of democratic system, by following the logic of the loser’s desperate attempt who is wrong to think he has nothing to lose and ends up in like two drowning people dragging each other down!
You have a lot to lose! You have little time to regain clarity, calm and momentum, if you come back to the Roundtable of Dialogue saving Albania but also yourself and Your group the trouble of an adventure which is as much ridiculous as costly to this country!
These letters of mine are getting longer each day, because they are about to come to a halt! I am patiently repeating the invitation for Dialogue. No conditions and no fear so far. Conditions and fear are the impediments to you unless you overcome them today.
