TIRANA, May 23 /ATA/ Members of Parliament have joined the blood donation campaign for children with thalassemia. After the call of Minister of Health and Social Protection, the MPs have stopped at the area where the staff of Blood Transfusion and Donation have conducted the procedure.
This voluntary act comes to the aid of children with thalassemia, but also is part of an awareness campaign to create the chain of voluntary donors.
The Ministry of Health and Social Protection has kicked off the campaign for blood donation engaging the staff of Blood Transfusion and Donation Centre.
