TIRANA, May 8/ATA/-During the first four months of the current year, 91 merchant ships carrying more than 250 thousand tons of goods were handled at Durrës Port.
The Information Centre of Durrës Port Authority reported that the volume of the handled goods during January-April period of the current year is about 50 thousand tons more than the same period in 2018 when there was handled a total of 77 ships.
The goods handled consist mainly of wheat, cement, sheet-iron, fertilizers, melamine, iron and glass./k.s/ /a.g/p.s./
