TIRANA, May 6 /ATA/- The Tax Administration is informing taxpayers of the risk factors deriving from non-compliance with fiscal legislation.
The big cities Tirana, Durrësi, Shkodra, Lezha, Fieri, Vlora, Pogradeci, Korça, etc, have been inspected by the working groups of tax administration which will expand their operation all across the territory.
The General Directorate of Taxation notifies that the working groups have found violations of the tax legislation such as non-issuance of tax receipts, the use of non-fiscal equipment, non-disclosure of employees as well as unregistered subjects.
GTD draws the attention of the subjects to their obligation to rectify the situation of compliance with fiscal legislation.
