TIRANA, April 26 /ATA/ – PM Edi Rama stated on Friday that whenever elections approach Basha rises in protest and threatens with election boycott as two years ago.
At the meeting “Municipality we want” with the inhabitants of Shkodra, two years ago Basha set up a tent which was filled the street tourists. He sang the hymn in the morning and delivered speeches before the tourists sent from Voltana and Xhelali. The recurring message was that they would not take part in elections with Edi Rama, wanted a caretaker government to guarantee free and fair elections before establishing the new republic.
I have begged Basha to enter the elections until he took everything he wanted at the last moment. You should vote the vetting and after elections , who wins is the winner, who is defeated is the loser.
We came to an agreement setting the stage for free and fair elections. We insured the majority, so my fault is that the socialists did not vote for Basha, but the democrats voted for me. The same story is repeating itself- Rama said.
They have not registered for elections, I have no idea whether all the mayors will follow them. On June 30 we will win Shkodra.
