TIRANA, April 10/ATA/-“The verification process of the candidates for the Constitutional Court and the High Justice Inspectorate is underway”, said today the Chairman of the Justice Appointments Council Ardian Dvorani.
He added that the process is due to be completed in few weeks time.
Dvorani said that the Justice Appointments Council is a new constitutional organ.
It has the power to verify the candidates for the Constitutional Court and the High Justice Inspectorate for their wealth as well as the ethic and professional criteria./j.p/p.s./
