TIRANA, April 4 /ATA/-The government of Albania approved on Thursday the decision on establishment of the “Illyrian Guard” company, of 100% state capital.
The company will offer physical and juridical guard service on payment to public and private subjects.
The company has an initial capital of 10 000 000 lekë.
The state, as represented by the Ministry of Interior, is the owner of the 100% shares of the “Illyrian Guard” company. /j.p/p.s./
