TIRANA, March 27/ATA/ Prime Minister Edi Rama said today during the weekly meeting with coordinators of the co-governance platform that 500 officials have been fired because of complaints by the common people to the co-governance platform. And some of the citizens have found a solution to their problems.
The prime minister emphasized that the co-governance platform does not replace the state, but it’s a state tool so that to become more functional.
“This is an innovative instrument that thanks to technology replaces the complaint offices at the institutions”, said PM Rama.
The prime minister also highlighted the e-Albania portal, adding that, “This is a process that will lead us to a complete transformation because people will have no need to go to the state offices, but receive the services they want through this portal./j.p/p.s./
