TIRANA, March 19/ATA/-The High Prosecutorial Council convened today to approve the structure of the Special Prosecution Office SPAK as well as the regulation, the criteria and procedures, for nomination of candidates running for General Prosecutor for a 7-year mandate.
Attending the session were representatives of the Ministry of Justice, the Albanian Helsinki Committee, the Monitoring Commission of Implementation of the Justice reform, the UNDP Albania, EURALIUS (EU Funded Project), OPDAT (Funded from the United States Department of Justice/ Assistance and Training and Technical Assistance Program), OSFA./p.s./
