TIRANA, March 19/ATA/- Albania’s Minister of Education Besa Shahini held a meeting with the new members of the public university boards in the country.
In context of the Pact with the University, the Ministry of Education opened a process of applications for replacement of all the members appointed by the ministry.
The members from the ranks of the ministry are replaced at the university boards; while in three universities like that of Tirana, the University of Medicine and that of Gjirokastra, the application process will reopen once again.
“The process has gone well with most of the universities where we have managed to replace all the board members representatives of the ministry, except for the member who will get elected from the students”, emphasized Shahini./a.g/p.s./
