TIRANA, July 25/ATA/ -The Independent Qualification Committee decided on Wednesday to dismiss from office Prosecutor Rovena Gashi.
Following verification in depth by the Independent Qualification Committee, it was reached to the conclusion that Gashi could not justify her wealth on legal resources and has provided an inaccurate declaration.
The Independent Qualification Committee raised suspicions on 16 flats in Durrës belonging to Nuredin Gashi, the father of Rovena Gashi, at least according to the electricity bills. On her part, the prosecutor claims that her father was the administrator of the apartment block.
