TIRANA, July 23/ATA/-Albania’s Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Ditmir Bushati held a meeting on Sunday with the visiting Minister of State for Europe at the Federal Foreign Office of Germany Michael Roth.
Following their meeting, FM Bushati said in a press conference that they talked on consolidation of Albania’s reforms, especially consolidation of the justice reform so that the country has a Constitutional and Supreme Court up to the European standards.
FM Bushati said further that Roth’s visit is focused on our country’s efforts toward joining the EU. Albania’s membership road is already defined by the EU member countries in the context of entry negotiations.
FM Bushati said that the talks focused even on fight against corruption and the vetting.
FM Bushati said that together with his interlocutor they shared the view that Albania’s road ahead is full of difficult challenges./a.fortuzi//e.caushi/p.s./
